Representative mandates

• Drafted and negotiated various contracts in the audio-visual, fashion, theatre production and circus and for patents.

• Settled a dispute between an author and an editor regarding the provisions stipulated in a publication contract.

• Advised a model regarding model agency contracts.

• Conducted research for one of the parties in the Supreme Court case, Cinar Corporation v. Robinson.
